i'm not exactly sure how to announce this so i'm going to make it short and sweet. we're moving to brooklyn at the end of next week. fort greene to be exact. it could be for a year or it could be more permanent. we'll see how it goes when we get there.
we will miss austin terribly, but are excited about living in new york, having a new city to explore, and being a bit closer to our families.
we have tenants moving into our austin home at the end of next week. will we be back? i guess we'll see where the world takes us...
(that's our new back patio. we actually have a yard! i can't wait to spruce that little lady up. this is sadly the only photo i took of our new neighborhood. i promise to take better ones in the future.)

i think we will love it jennifer! so good to hear you loved it. everyone else we know seems to be going in the opposite direction (brooklyn to austin) so it's interesting for us. we've always wanted to live in ny and my husband graduated from culinary school last year so now is the time. we'll see how it goes!
